I have lost over 7% body fat!

I have never stuck to a fitness regime before, until I came to No1 Studio Training.  I have lost over 7% body fat and put on 4kg of lean mass.  Before my first session here I was not able to complete a full press up.  My personal best is now 45 press ups in one go.
